Day 1   LUANG PRABANG 

Meet upon arrival at Luang Prabang airport, transfer and check-in to your hotel. In the afternoon, visit Vat Visoun temple with its Singhalese-style stupa, That Makmo, and Vat Aham, one of the city’s major teaching shrines housing the puppets of the Lao ancestors. Then, enjoy the sunset along the Mekong River at Vat Prabath Tai.

Overnight in Luang Prabang.

Day 2   LUANG PRABANG / PAK OU / LUANG PRABANG                      (B)

After breakfast, visit Vat Xieng Thong, regarded as the most beautiful temple in Luang Prabang with low sweeping roofs. Take a traditional riverboat for a 2-hour cruise up the Mekong River to Pak Ou, at the confluence of the Nam Ou and Mekong Rivers, to visit the sacred caves of Tham Ting and Tham Phoum, home to hundreds of Buddha statues. On the way, visit Ban Xang Hai village where sticky rice wine is distilled. Return to Luang Prabang and continue by road to Ban Xang Khong weaving village where traditional mulberry leaf paper is also produced.

Day 3   LUANG PRABANG               (B)

After breakfast, visit the National Museum (formerly the Royal Palace) with its collection of personal artifacts of the Lao Royal Family. Continue to nearby Vat Mai Temple, which was the residence of a Buddhist patriarch until 1975, before climbing Phousi Hill for an outstanding view over the former Royal capital and the Mekong River. Then visit Night Market.

Day 4   LUANG PRABANG/NONG KHIAW BY CAR                     (B) 

After breakfast, visit the morning market where locals sell and buy food every day. You will see all kind of vegetables, meat, fishes, fruits that Lao people eat. Drive to Nong Khiaw & visit a village on hillside and along the Nam Ou river. 

Overnight in Nong Khiaw.

Day 5   NONG KHIAW / OUDOMXAY        (B)

After breakfast, Drive then to Oudomxay and stop to visit a village on the way and a nice waterfalls name Lak Sip Et.

Day 6   OUDOMXAY/MUANGLA/MUANGKHUA              (B) 

After breakfast, Continue driving on the road No.13 north toward the border of China to Muangla where you can visit Muangla temple and hot spring. Enjoy the day witness the rural life of Ban Pak La, a Khamu village which close to the resort. Take light trekking (2-3 hours walk) down to the beautiful scenery of Nam Pak river, rice paddies and salt mines. Visit the Pha Chiao Sing Kham that hosts a holy Buddha and then drive to Muang Khua to check in your hotel in Muang khua.

Day 7   MUANGKHUA/DIENBIENPHOU              (B) 

After breakfast, transfer to Tay Trang – the border between for immigration procedure to Vietnam
