So each of our tour program must be smoothly designed to each details corresponding to your needs while we also commit to protect nature, cultural values and traditions in the areas we’ll pass. That tour will not be arranged till finalised.We will closed the file with both agreement & follow up service strictly as plan. Normally file will be closed at last one week or maybe faster depend on each proposal.

Our team ,tour operator will check with groups at least one time to say greeting welcome, follow up services. It sometimes our director will contact clients directly. We will offer special care to cl ients on the occasion of Birthday,Aniversary wedding….etc.We will never let only our tour guide & driver with clients.

We give clients our servey sheets during the trips. If there are any complaints occurred we will look through that again due to the reality. If it’s exactly our fault the repay for clients is a must.
